All regular orders will be sent with Canada Post.

If you select an Expedited service, an email with a tracking number will be sent so you can track the order online on the Canada Post website. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to refund/exchange for items that were damaged or if wrong items are sent. However, the items must be unused - not opened, cut, washed, stitched on, etc. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in other cases such as change of mind. 

To request a refund or exchange, email us at lovelystitchers@gmail.com with pictures and details. You must receive approval first before shipping the items back, as if a request was not pre-approved we cannot accept the return or exchange.
